1. Major in automation, electronics, industrial engineering, communication, semi-conductor or relevant;
2. Over 3 years’ patent attorney experience, with patent invalidation or litigation experience will be preferred;
3. Bachelor’s degree or above, master or doctor’s degree will e preferred;
4. Excellent Chinese and English written skills, high sense of responsibility;
5. Good communication skills and high sense of customer service;
6. Passes the patent attorney examination.

Responsibilities:
1. File receiving: record customers’ or official letters; scan and file; set up deadline;
2. Files handing: go to the office of agency or through emails to hand files or pay the fees;
3. Deadline monitoring: time set-up and monitoring of annual fees from application to authorization;
4. Bills handling: make out outer and inner invoices and receipts.
Reuirements:
1. College's degree or above;
2. 2 or 3 years' whole-process management experience;
3. can write English process affairs reports or consulting letters;
4. familiar with office softwares and application system for clients of patent office;
5. familiar with financial aid policy and procedure;
6. high sense of responsibility;
