Ms. Jiejing Yang brings nearly two decades of experience in intellectual property legal affairs, regulatory compliance, and IP management in the integrated circuit industry. She has successfully handled cross-border technology transaction disputes, IP litigation, standard-essential patents, compliance matters, and M&A transactions. Her legal team has been honored with numerous prestigious awards including ALB China Top 15 Legal Team, China Patent Gold and Silver Awards, National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise Designation, and over 20 corporate-level awards (with her as key presenter for multiple awards).

Ms. Yang serves as expert member of various industry committees and organizations, including the Intellectual Property Expert Committee of Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Association, Global Cross-Border Technology Trade Expert of Shanghai Technology Exchange, Senior Research Fellow of Shanghai Intellectual Property Research Institute, Inaugural Shanghai Overseas IP Dispute Response Guidance Expert, and IP Expert of Mobile Smart Terminal Technology Innovation Alliance. She serves as IP practice mentor at multiple universities including Tongji University, East China Normal University, and Shanghai University, and has been deeply involved in drafting multiple national and industry standards. She has been honored with titles including "Outstanding Chinese IP Manager," "Excellence in Corporate Legal Services," and "Pudong New Area Management Elite." She is also one of eight founding co-chairs of the "Chinese Enterprise IP Development Forum," executive committee member of Zhang Jiang Science City Women's Federation, technical investigator, and people's juror.
