Top 10 Cases of Shanghai Courts on Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in 2023” and “Typical Cases of Strengthening Intellectual Property Protection by Shanghai Courts in 2023”.Among them, the “Teletubbies” Process Model Design Patent Infringement Dispute Case represented by Wang Xiaobing, Executive Director and Partner of Shanghai Lungtin Law Firm, and Zhu Yue, was awarded the “Top 10 Cases of Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in Shanghai Courts in 2023”.
