Lungtin vice GM Li Yingyan was invited to South Korea to give speech

At the early beginning of new year, the two-day IP practices forum which was held by KINPA opened in Seoul office of KIPO. Lungtin vice GM, MS. Li Yingyan was invited to give speech on Chinese patent invalidation. 

KINPA was founded on June 4th of 2008 with ten years. It has numberous well-known enterprises, like Samsung, LG, Hyundai, etc which keeps high activity degree. 

Ms. Li Yingyan analysed the recent status of Chinese patent invalidation by introducing lots of real cases and shared pratical techniques and skills on patent invalidation request and how to handle OA. She also emphasized the importance of communication between clients and agencies.
