Lungtin was invited by Patsnap and gave speech on patent rights protection

On January 20th, the famous IP forum Patsnap came to Shanghai a second time and organized the event“Respect Innovation, Master the future”for communicating Executive director, partener of Shanghai Lung tin Law Firm, lawyer Wang xiaobing was invited to attend and gave the speech on“The strategy and techniques on protesting patentees' rights from the inffringement case of electric self-balancing vehicle ”.

More than 300 IPers from great companies or agnecies attended.

Lawyer Wang shared his experience on handling the litigation case of patent infringement and paten invalidation of electric self-balancing vehicle. He introduced the key patent knowledge of electric self-balancing vehicle for audience's better understanding and then analyzed the types of infringement, filed status by courts, compensation, etc.   In the end, Lawyer Wang gave suggestions on how to take effetive measures to protect the patent which won the applause.
