Lungtin Lawyer Xiaobing Wang Received interview from Beijing Trafic Radio on“MLGB”

Recently, Beijing Intellectual Property Court rejected the appeal from thel judgement of invalidation to the trademark “MLGB” by Shanghai Junke and sustained the original judgement. As heatedly discussed on internet, Beijing Trafic Radio interviewed the executive director,partner of Shanghai Lungtin Law firm, lawyer Wang Xiaobing.

Lawyer Wang told Beijing Trafic Radio this case reflected the disputes between trademark owners' rights and public interets. “MLGB” is easily recognized as abusive words by the public and has bad influence on social morality. So, the appllicants should consider the origional meaning and puclic's understanding if it has bad influence, or it has great possibillity to be rejected.
