The 2017 Global IP & Innovation Summit was held by MIP(Mangeing Intellectual Property), the famous British magzine from August 30 to 31 in Shanghai. Three Lungtin partners, lawyer Wang Xiaobing, lawyer Hong Yan and Zhang Siyue, were invited to gave speeches and took charge of two panels.
On the first day, Zhang Siyue shared current technical investigator in China and the typical infringement litigation case of IWNCOMM VS SONY.
On the second day, Lawyer Hong Yan shared practical experience on collecting infringement evidences.
In the panel of IP enforcement, lawyer Wang Xiaobing gave speech on new tendency of patent administrative enforcement and scope. Lungtin's speeches were so impressive that lots of attendees asked relevant questions one after another.
