On June 29th, thePeople's Court of Putuo District, Shanghai, pronounced the judgement of Pu Wei's portraiture infringement case. The Greenland Xinlongji company and the Yiti Ads company were sentenced to compensate Puwei 200,000RMB and make an apologetic statement on Xinmin Evening Paper and Morning Post.
Lungtin executive director, lawyer Wang Xiaobing represented the case and won the lawsuit with sufficient evidences and clear claims. The People's Court of Putuo District supported lawyer Wang's claims and pronouced that two defendants infringed Puwei's portraiture tight and shall bear the legal liabilities and make the compensation.
